Responsibilities: •Overseeing and managing construction projects from start to finish •Coordinating and scheduling subcontractors and construction crews •Ensuring projects are completed within budget and on time •Monitoring and enforcing safety regulations and best practices •Communicating project updates to stakeholders and clients •Managing project documentation and reporting Requirements: •Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or related field •Strong organizational and time management skills •Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and tools •Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction plans •Excellent communication and leadership abilities •Familiarity with construction project management software Preferred skills: •Previous internship or work experience in construction management •OSHA certification or other relevant safety training •Understanding of building codes and regulations •Experience with cost estimating and budget management •Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and project management tools
